The pool was very clean and the staff was helpful and attentive. The location was convenient, for example, Tennessee Shine co Distillery was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Plenty of food options within walking distance of the venue.

Nothing
First room was in pieces as maintenance was working on a/c and was moved to another room. Carpet worn down to pad and killed several ants, roaches and spiders in the two days we were there. Mattresses were hard and uncorfortable and safe did not work. Was not offered any discounts or benefits for inconveniences. Would not stay again.

Everything! Everyone was so friendly and the person that cleaned our room, Brian, was excellent and so very, very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and you could have an omelet made to order every day, which was great along with all the other things they had at the breakfast bar. If the rating scale was zero to ten, zero being the lowest and ten being the highest I would give it a ten plus. We were very, very satisfied.

The one-bedroom suite had plenty of space, and the couch was perfect. I loved having a full kitchen with all the essentials. The free breakfast with made-to-order waffles was a good surprise!
The bathroom could use some updates.

Location was great, staff friendly, room accomodations nice and spacious. I will consider staying again when in the area.
Treadmill was unavailable because a previous guest had apparently taken the key to the treadmill. Staff were not concerned about this. Fruit was not an option at breakfast, and although omlet lady was nice it took us 20 minutes to get an omlet and she was not busy. Grout around tub had several dark mildew spots
